We’ll promptly send you a replacement at our own expense as soon as we receive your defective product. Due to health and safety regulations, all other product sales are final.

Note on batteries: Tickle Kitty tests all battery-operated toys with fresh batteries to ensure your items are working properly before shipment. If your product doesn’t vibrate, please double-check that all batteries are inserted properly before contacting Tickle Kitty.
