To safeguard your privacy, every shipment you receive from Tickle Kitty will arrive in a plain box with no markings to give away what’s inside. The return address label simply says, “TK Press.”

Your trust and continued business are very important to us. Tickle Kitty will keep all your ordering and email information in the strictest confidence. Tickle Kitty will NEVER sell, barter or rent your information to any third party. Period.

We want you to derive pleasure from our products as well as our service! If you should receive any vibrator that’s damaged or defective, we’ll be pleased to exchange it within 30 days of the purchase date.

Please email us at service@ticklekitty.com, and include your name, order number, and the product you wish to exchange. We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for you to enclose with your postpaid shipment to us containing the defective product. We’ll promptly send you a replacement at our own expense as soon as we receive your defective product. Due to health and safety regulations, all other product sales are final.

Note on batteries: Tickle Kitty tests all battery-operated toys with fresh batteries to ensure your items are working properly before shipment. If your product doesn’t vibrate, please double-check that all batteries are inserted properly before contacting Tickle Kitty.

If your vibrator holds batteries side-by-side, insert each battery upside-down to the battery right next to it. Look for the + and – markings on the toy, and make sure they match the same markings on the ends of the batteries.

If your vibrator holds a row of two or more batteries end-to-end, insert each battery facing in the same direction. Look for the + and – markings to determine which direction to feed-in the batteries.
